Tandoori & Clay Oven Specialities

Indian Empire's menu has a dedicated "From the Indian Clay Oven" section, cooking classic tandoor dishes in a traditional clay oven at the Bukit Bintang restaurant. It includes Bhatti Ka Murugh, tandoori chicken marinated in North Indian spices and grilled in the clay oven, alongside Murgh Seekh Kebab, Lamb Seekh Kebab, and a vegetarian Veg Seekh Kebab.

Tandoori cooking also extends into the biryani range, with Tandoori Chicken Briyani available in quarter and half portions and a Mix Tandoori Biryani Platter for sharing. Together, the clay oven and tandoori dishes make up one of the more North Indian-leaning corners of a menu that otherwise draws heavily on South Indian regional cooking.

These dishes are cooked in the clay oven at No. 18, Jalan Bukit Bintang, and are available throughout the restaurant's daily 11:30 AM to 12:30 AM opening hours.
